Individual assessment tools can be used as a part of the screening and selection
process for leadership positions, for developing high-potential employees, and to promote the development of the individual.Behavioral assessments can also provide you with the workplace aptitudes of candidates and employees. In order to accomplish the most effective assessment,I utilize one-on-one, in-depth interviewing, competency simulations, and objective psychological metrics.

I also incorporate group assessments and surveys including 360 degree feedback. These strategies are particularly useful when seeking to improve specific communication practices for greater productivity and effectiveness. Many people and organizations find it useful to revisit the assessments as a way of marking their progress.

honest feedback about discrepancies or ineffective behavior patterns, challenge
limiting perspectives, and provide safe environments to vent frustrations.
Consulting, combined with assessment, can be used to optimize and foster leadership development in organizations, and provide added clarity for those needing guidance.

Program Evaluation

Do you need assistance determining if the program or service at your organization is worthwhile? Whether it's events related to mergers and acquisition or lack of communication between leaders and employees or clients and organization, a program evaluation and/or even needs assessment can be beneficial. 

Through a needs assessment and a program evaluation; I can assist with answering these questions:


● Are there alternatives that would be better?
● Are there unintended consequences?
● Are the program goals appropriate and useful?

 

Through either qualitative or quantitative research or even mixed research methodology, an evaluation can help a program improve their services, but can also help ensure that the program is delivering the right services.

In addition, through the incorporation of a program theory, I will also assist your organization in the identification of how the program should lead to
the outcome,
why the program activities should lead to the
outcomes,
and where to evaluate the program to check whether it
does.

 

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which people come together to resolve their disputes with the assistance of an impartial third party. Each party shares his or her perspective of what the dispute is about and may also talk about how he or she has been affected by it. The mediator does not take sides, give legal advice or render a decision. The mediator simply helps the parties to identify the issues in conflict and to develop and consider options for resolution.

As a certified mediator in Texas my goal is to provide a safe and confidential place to allow each party to come to a mutual and amicable agreement.
