I hope sharing some information about me helps you in your decision. My strategy is to assist companies, businesses, non-profits, health care entities, public agencies, and higher education institutions in the management of crisis, increasing safety, resolving conflicts, building 'human factors' capacity, developing effective policy and procedure, and improving organizational functioning.

Growing up in Northwest Montana, I was always fascinated with why people make the choices they make and behave the way they do. To begin to find those answers I attended University of Houston and received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a minor in Interpersonal Communications. I then continued on and received a Master of Business Administration/Marketing and a PhD in Industrial Organizational Psychology. I have also volunteered within several non-profit organizations and furthered deepened my interest in helping people make choices to live their best lives.
